I have known Gary for 6 years and during that time he has built four extensions to our house.
He has also altered the driveway, built garden walls and block paved the entire front of the property. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
The quality of the work is second to none. He is extremely skilled and very competent in many areas of the trade.
He keeps the client updated about progress at every stage of the build and clearly has a lot of personal pride in relation to every project he undertakes. Absolutely first rate guy.
Gary undertook a large extension and re-modelling of my ground floor plus external patio work. I’ll just list the plus points for ease – skilled builder, in all areas – quality work and quality products used – endless attention to detail – second best wouldn’t do – always checking to see and ensure my expectations were in line with his understanding of the project.
Always checking to ensure I was happy with work – good eye for opportunities to improve what I was asking for (but always discussed and agreed any changes) good interpersonal skills when dealing with any other trades people and suppliers – always went the extra mile.
Good project management skills – my snagging list consisted of a drip on the dog shower which was fixed. 6 months on I still can’t add to the snagging list, although Gary has still checked to make sure all is well.
Highly recommended.
